Bullion Direct Files for Bankruptcy No Metal | |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 53158832 United States 07/31/2015 07:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Bad News: Stored Metal Nonexistent Quoting: SkeptiSchism 53158832 Two documents were filed today (Declaration of Dan Bensimon and Joint Stipulation Regarding Contents of Vault). There is a lot of information in these documents. Most importantly, they show an inventory of the IDS vault that I calculate as having a value of roughly $633,000, compared to the estimated $20M+ of metal that Bullion Direct stored for customers [link to about.ag] . This is exactly what modern banking was founded on. Printing more gold certificates than what they actually hold. It's called the fractional reserve system. Except now there is no gold or silver backing up the certificates. Just paper or digits in a computer database. Banking has always involved theft, deception, and fraud. The only difference is it is now legal. But it's getting kind of dangerous now, their "reserves" are dropping below 3%. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 53462873 United States 07/31/2015 07:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They received checks to purchase metal, added the metal to the client's account, but never bought the metal at all. A couple times a week the SLV will add big loads of silver to their inventory. They add 1,219,000 oz, in one day, and the price is dropping. This can't really happen. All those suckers will be hung out to dry, sooner or later. All these metals ETFs were designed to control demand, deflect buyers over to worthless certificates. Paper Chumps, you got no gold. |

These men got away with what? 20,000,000 or more? That money went somewhere! And you can bet that the courts will not find it, nor will their creditors get the ill gotten gains. With top notch defense lawyers they may be able to avoid a conviction for ten years! And then leave the US for a country with no extradition if they should see a conviction coming. Money - that kind of money - makes a lot of things possible for them that would not be possible for someone without that kind of cash! |

They asked for their 1,500 tons of gold back from the fed in 2012, and so far they have gotten about 40 tons. And that came from France. |

All you get is a piece of paper saying you own it. Now they have nothing..... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58670080 Yes, this system had "SCAM" written all over it from the get-go. Those who couldn't see that shouldn't be in the market. They also shouldn't be allowed to have a driver's license, own pets, or raise children. |
Just hold the physical User ID: 43971542 United States 07/31/2015 10:30 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | If you have not figured out why gold drops suddenly you may need to hold your pocket book closer. When the buy signal is dropped in media, the ones in the know flood the market with paper gold. They only buy physical that shakes from the tree. They know that a mint has the special delivery of extra stock. You can buy it like they do at the low, thing is that delivery part of it. So learn the lesson that gold is true wealth by labor economies. It takes so much labor and expense to get it in coin form. This is wealth as we measure it in our labor economy. How easy is it to produce a nice pretty piece of paper in manual labor and expense? There you go, learn the lesson easy stuff is worthless in the end. |

Fact is, the IRS started the ball rolling because they hadn't been paid since 2012. Wonder what would happen if the COMEX didn't give the federal reserve their dues? :doom360: |

User ID: 48782165 United States 08/01/2015 01:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I made a very large (very large) silver bullion order from jmbullion on the 14th. The shipping label was created but the product still hasn't shipped. I am getting complete damage control from their claims department. She actually said to me she "has no idea what is going on". Today I get an email saying she has finally heard back from the branch that ships the metal and that they will call me tomorrow. So instead of a simple email saying that my order has shipped, I have to have a phone conversation with these people tomorrow. Not expecting good news Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65419273 I usually buy a couple hundred ounces at a time from JM and have never had to wait, but you said very large so I'm thinking 1000's of ounces?
