Maybe back in 1940's and 50's when society would not allow them to become what they naturally are. You got the cart before the horse. Back in the forties and fifties, when black families had fathers at home, the kids got DISCIPLINE. If they acted out like they do today, they got an ass whipping, but good. THAT is what kids need today, BLACK and WHITE. Even WITH white fathers at home, where there is a permissive father or NO DISCIPLINE, the kids wind up as bad if not worse than their black counterparts. There is not a DIME's worth of difference between white trash and black trash. |
