Butterflies Are Proof of God

For me, nothing screams "CREATOR!" like the HIV virus. I'm just amazed at how well thought out it was made, to kill. God sure loves us. And cats. Don't forget he made a special HIV virus just for cats so they can share the pleasure with us.

God is great!

There may be evidence of a god, but there is no verifiable proof.

Butterflies are proof of butterflies. Can you offer the same proof of your God?

Just because they were created doesn't prove what or who created them.

How Does a Caterpillar Turn into a Butterfly?

"To become a butterfly, a caterpillar first digests itself. But certain groups of cells survive, turning the soup into eyes, wings, antennae and other adult structures.

As children, many of us learn about the wondrous process by which a caterpillar morphs into a butterfly. The story usually begins with a very hungry caterpillar hatching from an egg. The caterpillar, or what is more scientifically termed a larva, stuffs itself with leaves, growing plumper and longer through a series of molts in which it sheds its skin. One day, the caterpillar stops eating, hangs upside down from a twig or leaf and spins itself a silky cocoon or molts into a shiny chrysalis. But what does that radical transformation entail? How does a caterpillar rearrange itself into a butterfly? What happens inside a chrysalis or cocoon?

Give us a break. IF he supplied footage of God coming down from Heaven, you would just claim it was faked. There is no way to convince you of the truth if you are a denier of God. There is a special place reserved for these people.

What’s a bigger proof of God, is the fact that you are able to observe, experience, and contemplate the existence of butterflies and nature. Not just think about them logically, but understand and perceive the full experience of them.

That type of mind is divine, from God, the animals obviously can not think about abstract things like that.

There would be no reason for nature to give us minds complex enough for free will, love, and knowledge of God. If we really just evolved, we would just be smart apes. But what we have is far more than that. Spirit.

Ironically (or perhaps not) the word for butterfly (mariposa) is slang for a gay man in some dialects of Spanish. I'm not sure whether it's seen as tame or if it's seen as a slur like maricon and puto are.
