Greek referendum yes/no question will confuse?
I just saw this at the bottom of this ZH article, and think it's pretty confusing. I'm not an illiterate greek who dumpster dives for food, so I imagine most malnutrition suffering greeks would be confused by it, perhaps mis-voting. :D I would have thought they would want the debt forgiven.

"Do you think Europe should forgive your debt, check box 'Yes' or 'No'."

"No" means a lot of pain now and recovery later.
"Yes" means less pain now but no hope of recovery ever.

Is it just me or would that confuse a hungry pensioner?

Unless ZH accidentally scrambled the yes/no, I would think the pensioners would want "yes" but apparently that's incorrect.

Zero Hedge was just proposing that it should be put that way, it's not the actual way it will be worded. That being said it will still be a barely comprehensible question for most. Especially with their heads spinning from the bank closures, having to travel to vote and stand in line for hours at the banks and ATM's in the sweltering heat.

A vote run by the gov, is not a vote...the people MUST take total control of the count or its all just a waste of time...
WTF? you say...The gov would never rig a vote, no, never...

That is why Americans living there are not allowed to vote!

I'm the OP, I was listening to the radio as they were interviewing greeks, and suddenly realized it would have to be worded much more complex than the simplified ZH proposition. For a bit I was horrified that that was it though, "What a bunch of bastards!" :D

I just heard on the radio that the next focus until tomorrow is to define what each of these yes/no answers mean, this is probably where things get really confusing for some who may not comprehend as well as they used to :D

On the other hand, the decision clearly shouted out at the rallies will, hopefully, stick.
