I don't care if they eat cats and dogs just as we cows and pigs. What I do care about is how the animals are treated before death and how they are killed (not killed) before cooking. Apparently animals that are blow torched, skinned and then cooked alive taste better. They do this with donkeys too, they pour boiling water over them and cut strips off while it is still alive.

These people from yulin and anyone else that abuses animals are sick and non human. They should be eradicated with extreme prejudice in the same manner that they treat the animals they eat and abuse.

When I see this all I can do is but wonder, if the cats, dogs and anything else that moves actually taste better after being treated this way would the perpetrators also taste better given the same treatment? I mean they are animals too so why should people not eat them?

What about crabs and lobsters? Same cooking principle.

We pick and choose what's ok to do and not. I love dogs and do think it's cruel but until we all agree to treat all animals with the same humanity, there's going to be conflicted opinions.

If we can't understand each others cultures, we'll never come to agreement.

That being said, those bitching and moaning about how china doesn't treat their livestocks like kosher really need to take a good look at how livestocks are processed here in the states.
