-Yes, Baghdadi does exert his authority as derived from God, and he leads his Army to kill who they have deemed sinful. He has exerted authority to be judge, jury, and executioner, and does so under the justification of God.

Revelation 13:3 “And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.”

- He and his Army deny the Christ, as they see Jesus as a Prophet of God, much like they see Muhammad as a Prophet of God.

Revelation 13:5 “And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.”

The "antichrist" is a long way off according to scripture. First, the "beast" system (NWO/TPP) has to be established. This "system" will, of course, cause world-wide chaos. The "antichrist" will come to power through all this strife by professing peace and claiming that he is "The Christ" by performing miracles on a grand scale "Vulgar displays of power" more likely.

Say for arguments sake, the other part is irrelevant, or has passed without notice, and shall we have a conversation about if this man meets the criterion.

Daniel 7 and jeremiah 17-25 is very clear

Although I do agree that our President does meet a lot of the criteria as well, the one killing the Christians is Baghdadi, and by biblically prophesied means of beheading. The beheading is a necessary component that is unique to them.

The mortal wounding of one of the heads of the beast does not refer to a man. It is dealing with an empire, most likely the ottoman, but an Islamic one for sure.

That is what I see as well, thus the discussion.

The Antichrist is not a man on Earth right now. However, there are many antichrists in the world. Lucifer, Satan, the serpent, whatever you want to call him is the Antichrist Defacto. He does not share power with a mortal man.

If your eyes are open and you have ears to hear, you will know him when he arrives. For he will come looking as an angel of light but speak as a Dragon.
