I was happy when I became a member so I could give Luis karma. And I think it has been a week so I can now d so again! Luis, I will say again even though I have said it many times, your work is much appreciated and you have helped me understand things in the past when I have had questions. Poor Ukraine. They are in such a bad position, it seems to always be that way for them. One of the best figure skaters ever came from Ukraine, Oksana Bayul. I was a figure skater when younger and literally had tears from enjoyment of the beauty she brought to the sport. Later, while reading her story, she recalled of the poorness of the Ukraine while growing up in an orphanage. She said people were so poor they would leave their children on the front steps of the orphanage because the parents knew at least they would be fed and have a bed, something the parents could not provide because there were no jobs. This would have been in the 80's, she skated in '92. I wish the best for the Ukraine, however that comes about. And for the rest of the people of the world. Our daily lives should not be affected by the governing psychopaths. My heart aches. I am female, as was the first kitten, Raye, I helped bring into this world and had the treasure of giving her love for 7 1/2 short years. My handle here is in her honor. |
