Thai Food Delivered

Some of the best Thai food I've had was at a little hole-in-the wall restaurant in Baker California for gods sake. Talk about the middle of freaking nowhere.

And to top it off, I found it by mistake too- was just looking for some road food other than that stupid Bun Boy on I-15 going from Las Vegas to LA and saw the sign in the window that said MAs Barbeque, guess what? They didn't mwan Ma like in Mother.


Good though!

The best places are the tiny ones with just some mad old Thai woman in the back on her own with a frying pan.

Agreed! They just cook like they've always cooked for their family and charge what it costs and a modest profit whereas the bigger restaurants are thinking commercially first and foremost. And frankly, I don't give a shit about decor and a glitzy menu, I just want GOOD AUTHENTIC FOOD.

You can usually hand the waitress (server) $5 cash and she will bring you more than your money's worth of more shrimp or more meat if you ask!
