Someone had to inform you that they were going to foreclose and if it's only 45 days that seems odd. Same with whatever you saw on Zillow, I'd be asking them how the process to list something as being up for auction works. Get your family up there and find an active church congregation. Tell them you moved to the American Redoubt so you can raise you children in a Godly environment.
