Minor re-write to avoid using "Yellowstone National
Park" as the target for censorship....It is a confusing
new "law" and the in's-and-out's were not completely
understood by the narrator of this video!
This new law is ANY environmental data gathering in the state of Wyoming including pictures WHILE IN THE ACT OF TRESSPASSING (NOT tourist pictures.) While this does
clarify it somewhat, the ambiguous nature of the wording
leaves much open to conjecture!

NO: That was just the Wyoming park rangers dumping
whistle-blower tourist's cameras into the hot springs!


I actually wondered how long it would be until we would see just out-and-out censorship on internet sharing of "heads-up"
information on various environmental topics that the gov feels are "vital to the national of state's security." (So far, this is only a Wyoming law ...but it is definitely "precedent-setting" and could end up spreading to more states (like the ones with fracking) and eventually make its way into a federal censorship law!


Well here we have it! You can now be imprisoned up to 1 year for
taking a photo of anything environmental issues (and ATTEMPT to share that data) in the state of Wyoming. The
narrator of the video claims this also extends to pictures of environmental "issues" (like explosive eruptions, maybe?) in Yellowstone National Park. This is HUGE! Here is a video reporting it. (This will hit the YellowstoneTards really hard! Being in Montana...I am one!) I'm waiting for them to take down the park cams next!

as well--so that GLP members (or the Forum itself) doesn't
fall under this "net" they are now spreading for whistle-
blowers! Even if YOU don't actively speak out about some problem you have seen and photographed and you pass it along to someone who makes a campaign out of it...if it is traced back to YOUR camera, you could end up in prison for a year. A SCENARIO: One scenario might be that you post a glp thread w/photo about some "steam vent" in Yellowstone that has opened up--or you spot LAVA...or some pollution that you see in the park--and you PHOTOGRAPH IT.
Then the GLP thread ends up on Google (I've had several of my threads show up on a search with Google)...but someone else copies your photo for their own "personal campaign to give everyone a "heads-up"...IF that falls under this new law, you could be a party to being arrested if they can trace it back to you.

This is VERY BAD, guys!

Sorry, narrator doesn't provide the statute/law info
which Wyoming has passed about this. I'm not sure that it
is just about e-coli--like the narrator explains--it is
probably much more likely to suppress info about the
possible eruption risks.

Wow...That's just really sad to see.
