It happens in about 15 to 20 minute intervals. You can put a phone near speakers and speaker wires too and hear it. Anyone else notice this?

Re: If I put my smartphone near my soundcard, I can hear crackly clicking sounds in my headphones
That's your brain frying. I've worked with RF engineers who told me that cell phone tower receivers are so large because they are PASSIVE, and your phone is ACTIVE.

This means that little phone in your pocket, near your ovaries or testicles, and glued to your brain puts out MORE RF WATTAGE than those big towers do.

Would you be afraid to have a cell phone tower in your pocket? Lots of ELF and radiation, right? Nope, the BIG TOWERS are just antennas to gather up the massive radiation your phone emits.

20 years from now, cell phone tumors will be the new 'mesothelioma', and you will not believe how absolutely retarded you were for cooking your balls in your pocket, and worse: holding that thing up to your ear to cook your brain.

If people only knew the truth and not what vested interests tells them. RF energy at these frequencies and proximity to vital organs is a certain cancer risk. A leading neurosurgeon here in Oz, Dr Charlie Teo, has warned that increases in brain tumors could be attributed to cell phone use. [link to www.abc.net.au]

Interference
"The world will soon wake up to the reality that everyone is broke and can collect nothing from the bankrupt, who are owed unlimited amounts by the insolvent, who are attempting to make late payments on a bank holiday in the wrong country, with an unacceptable currency, against defaulted collateral, of which nobody is sure who holds title."

Re: If I put my smartphone near my soundcard, I can hear crackly clicking sounds in my headphones
Normal interference. The phone is constantly communicating with the nearest cell towers. The EM field interacts with the wires and speakers, sometimes generating sounds. It's perfectly normal. Old speakers and long, coiled wires are especially susceptible to interference, but it happens with new speakers as well.

Re: If I put my smartphone near my soundcard, I can hear crackly clicking sounds in my headphones
just try that.

get one of these: [link to panam.gateway.com]

put it in a amplifier. amplifie to maximum. put signal in your pc audio in. set input volume to maximum.

you should hear "things". move the antenna to any electronic device. even a lightbulp will make freaky sounds.

its calld electromagnetic waves. listen your phone.

everything arround us is making noise. we just dont hear it.

probably need to amplifie more until you hear something..

That is the cell phone reaching out for a cell tower on regular intervals. My speakers will buzz on occasion when I forget to turn the wretched thing off.

But as the other person said, when it is next to your head you are getting a nice dose of microwave radiation to your brain and to your eyes (cataracts).

All the people who have these next to your heads along with your wireless routers - ENJOY! Frequencies in the microwave spectrum are considered perfectly benign in 21st century america despite decades of safety warnings!

each phone gives off rf but here is the thing

for targeted individuals they government can hack a phone so it gives off enough radiation to kill a person fast since its giving dangerous radiation higher then permitted levels

Well, this aint possible considered the size and power of the battery inside, but I don't want to pop your bubble.

Not worried at all cause I don't have a phone or any wireless gear. Got rid of my phone after one night I was talking to a girl for 6hrs and my ear got all tingly and felt like it was burning.

Right? lol..

Used to be able to tell a phone call was coming in about 5 seconds before the phone rang because the stereo in the car/home would start making noise.

Very rarely do I hear that sound any more, but under the right conditions it can still happen.

OP must be new to cell phones. IE: youngin'.
