First off your not really looking at actual life and reality, you are doing a simple observation of a 3D interpretation of the real world rendered with in your brain based on what ever photon makes it far enough to bounce off your eye.

Humans at one point weren't stuck in there own prison they was free to instantly travel anywhere in infinity, and create whatever they wanted out of thin air. something happened though. genetic imprisoning them within there own dumbed down brain that filters infinite reality to a 3d prison.
