Over the course of the drive, his spine became dislocated and fractured, which caused him to become a quadriplegic. He died on December 7, 2005. The plaintiffs are alleging that the defendants acted maliciously when they didn’t secure Johnson with a seat belt and then drove aggressively so that he would get hurt. When the cops act like criminals, and they do, everywhere, it is time to bring accountability and responsibility back home to these "government" operations. Instead of taxpayers footing the bill for thier misconduct, take it out of their pensions and salaries. Maybe these organizations would do a better job of "policing" their own. “We have assembled the most extensive and inclusive Voter Fraud Organization in the history of America”—Joe “SippyCup” Biden Joe Biden will never be the man Michelle Obama is The worst thing about dying is that you become a democratic voter for eternity |

Besides fear and disrespect, there are exceptions of why a person would flee from police. See if you are smart enough to figure out why . |

Not being looked at to be questioned.. The cops chased him because of priors and looking suspicious, and he ran .. People said because of past beatings (most likely in thought), is why he ran. I know everyone (even me) will think he ran because he had something .. But even as a small white (never been convicted of anything) female .. If a cop tried to touch me ..I'd get tazed, if I didn't run first, then tazed .. If your dreams don't scare you.. they aren't big enough. |

So, if I open my door and see a cop outside and we make eye contact, I cannot close my door because then I will be arrested for eye contact?. It is crazy. I am not taking up for thugs, but the cops didn't even speak to this punk, call his name, say wait i want to talk to you or anything. They looked at each other, and the guy ran. Neither of those things are against the law. They chased him and arrested him with no formal charges except "eye contact". |

Besides fear and disrespect, there are exceptions of why a person would flee from police. See if you are smart enough to figure out why . They do this ALL the time. When I was transported from jail to county for the crime of having a nody neighbour stare into my windows and see me disassembling my gun after returning home from the range (all charges were dropped), I was shackled around my ankles, and my arms behind my back, and transported over 30 miles in 100+ degree heat and in no way "belted in". In fact they are lieing when they claim there are even belts in the transport wagons. And how can you safely belt in a man who's sitting sideways on a long stainless steal bench, with his hands strapped behind him? And yes, they purposely slam the brakes to give you a "rough ride". The only difference for this Gray guy, was he had a very weak neck. But let me assure you, this is standard operating procedure across the country for people regardless of race. |
