Could NHL playoffs be used for Martial Law? (JADE HELM)

Think about it, if their is a psyop at play here to bring martial law into play, in lines with jade helm the Stanley cup playoffs would be a perfect way to start false flag riots.. Look at most of the teams in the playoffs right now. There is a bit of correlation. Riots have happened when nhl teams have been eliminated from the playoffs, fans get angry. Could tptb trigger these riots with crisis actors to enact martial law?
