For muslims in my country the start of the marrying age is 16 and can be as young as 12 if the imam and the parents all agree that the girl is ready.

This phase of our culture is all about taking personal responsibility for your own actions, and the consequences. You may feel that your religion exempts you from a set of rules but believe me when I say that all action has a corresponding reaction and the karmic nature of what you promote will come back and haunt you.

You know when you are abusing a child. It's that simple. You cannot justify abuse by saying it happened to me and it did me no harm because that in itself is proof that you were harmed.
