The U.S. Govt in conjunction with Walmart's assistance (whether voluntary or mandatory) is testing public response to the closing of big box stores!
It is a small gauge, (a thermometer if you will) to see what the populace does both in real action and for right now more importantly what is said in blogs on the internet!
