I don't have anything to say about Yellowstone but I can prove that WalMart's "plumbing problems" excuse is a lie:

I'm in Tulsa. We checked with the City of Tulsa and NO PERMITS of any type, plumbing nor construction, have been issued to WalMart for the location closing.

I can even prove it to you with the City of Tulsa's own website here:

Hit the red target looking icon at the top of the page and enter location: 207 S. Memorial, Zip Code 74112. That will take you to the WalMart in question. Make sure to check all the boxes on the left for all permit types. NOTHING ! for Walmart.
