But…what if the body is married and the head is married? Who dances with which wife after the operation if he lives (or the day someone finally does live)?

I'd suggest replacing glue with etanol and keeping head entertained while sewing...

You would have to be able to functionally fuse the spines and get the cerebral fluid where it is supposed to be. You would have to splice the nerves and adjunct the blood vessels to the head. It's so impossible as to be laughable. How would you keep the head alive once you cut it off the body? It's ridiculous. If they could keep a head alive once it's cut off the body, that could end up being a horror show.
