Many did, and are now in heaven as a result. Yes, the 19th-century treatment of the natives was not very good, and we could go back and forth and bicker and argue all day over "who killed who." But, the fact is, without the Goldy intentions of the 18th-century founders, America would not exist, and all the GOOD that was done by this country over the years would never had occurred either.

People (socialists and Communists mostly) love to over-emphasize the evil that was done, primarily because they hate America's God, not really because they hate America.
