When we think of our Lord's crucifixion, we need to think of the significance of what He did--for us.

I'm reminded of the two thieves--both crucified, one on each side of our Savior, facing death.
Both in a hopeless position.
Both heard everything Jesus said on the cross.

One realized he was a sinner in need of a Savior.

What might his day have been like leading up to that point?
