A recommendation for learning meditation!

I had written a long thread about this, but reading it back it came across like a sales pitch from a salesperson, so I trimmed it down and just got to the point, lol.

It's really great if you'd like to start meditating. I myself found it to be very basic, but helpful. One must learn to crawl before they learn how to walk!
