Captains log, star date 2017. June 30th - Day 15

It has been several weeks since I have landed on planet earth. It appears that most sentient life has been destroyed yet I still search on for signs of intelligent organisms.

It is not clear to me what has happened on this planet although from bits and pieces I have put together, it seems an advanced race of artificial intelligent bio organisms have ravished most of the organic material available.

I have seen small insects and some rodents, presumably of little importance to the AI race roaming around the desolate landscapes. I can only conclude that the prime material collected was from the human species and larger animals that existed on this planet.

It looks like the humans gave up a fight before the end. I have collected samples of the biomechanical specimens. It appears the humans called them the Greygorgians. It is still unclear to me where their point of origin was however my equipment indicated electrical signatures still on this planet generating electromagnetic fields, much unlike those of a human.

Currently I am stuck in this time line until the Delordis is repaired. It has sustained some damage due to the entry into the planets atmosphere which was much thicker than my team anticipated.
I will continue to search through the rubble to find out some more answers as to what happened and why along with seeking out any survivors. I fear they are no longer human if they are out there.
