If they want to use tactical weapons to blow up tanks and airplanes and warships, then that won't bother civilians so much. Seems like those would be more acceptable. |

With no tactical nukes in Europe, Russian divisions are free to roll over Nato countries, backed up by their own tactical nukes. |
