Sounds a lot like a certain north american nation that isn't Canadas ideal world aswell.
I think the difference between denmark and germany, in this matter, is that germany probably isn't all that certain that their murican pals is going save their nato behinds (cause of beforementioned wars and communism), as much as denmark is - we feel pretty safe in our little nato brotherhood.

Only thing remotely related (in the headlines anyway), was a story in ekstrabladet (danish dailymail abouts) about Putin being sad. But the whole Russia thing isnt very big in the danish media. Too complicated, not as black and white as the ISIS thing is made out to be, so ISIS gets most of the foreign political space for the moment.
