Gov’t Sets Targets to Raise Birthrate in Japan Mar. 14, 2015 The Japanese government has drawn up proposed guidelines aimed at reversing the declining birthrate. The report spells out plans to increase the percentage of men taking paternity leave immediately after the birth of a child. The target is 80 percent by 2020. We have seen these types of defects for decades, most in Europe are aware of the long term ramifications of this disaster, and had the sense to avoid fallout and consumption of certain food sources many years after, now the western countries will know it firsthand through years of birth defects and cancers. Infant mortality was the first sign, at least in America, now the horror of the latter, that of the accumulation of low dose radiation and it's wonderful gifts to follow.
