The encounter starts at 2:20 [liveleak] [ link to www.liveleak.com] [ link to www.liveleak.com] The cop basically forces his arm into the car for no reason and then they arrest the driver for no reason at all. A pretty blatant violation by the border patrol I'd say. Fucking disgusting. Piece of shit pigs.
