They can do whatever they want in that zone near border, 150-200 miles, dont remember. that man in car should listen to them and get out of car or whatever they asked him to do, ofcourse not kill himself, but to be sure hes not terrorist and dont have illegal weapons, bombs, hiden peoples in car e.t.c

If we stationed a BP agent every 30 feet along the border we would need about 352000 per shift. Right now we have about 21000 BP agents. Then we just have to worry about the tunnels.
