You can defend yourself from any cop, agent, person, etc. if you're without fault and they use any physical force against you... like breaking your window, grabbing for your head or neck, or trying to restrain you with or without handcuffs. As long as he/she makes the first move, you get to unleash hell if you have the means to do so, and it is supported by U.S. law.

God's law doesn't accept killing your attacker, but he has no problem with you defending yourself as long as you don't intend to kill the attacker. It is fine if your attacker dies and you didn't intend to kill.
