It was hidden, required no imports of building materials, and water was stored from flash floods. That explains their combination of styles representing the people who visited there, and who wanted to be resting from travels for the populous. Many mixed races were the results of the owners raping their slaves, thus society would not have afforded them their wealth and governance within society. |
