People are idiots. This proves she married him for money.
She should only get a quarter of what she requests.
Quoting: Only Me It is the man who files to divorce. The woman has 3 kids with him. This is his second marriage and I bet he is onto number three. His wife is 44 and you know he is going for a younger gal. Men usually do this when the wife reaches her late forties. I can see why she is wanting the prenup thrown out. Cheating most likely. My ex-wife filed for Divorce in Bavaria Germany in 2010. I have the paperwork to prove it. Can't contest per-nuptials after the divorce was already granted.
