This video report discusses the upcoming CERN testing resumption schedule, that is due to begin March 13, 2015. In the process of explaining this new CERN test period, it is important to understand the historical ritual code process, that has led to such tests at CERN, as it relates to the time manipulation of 12-21-12, that I often refer to, as being the technological basis for how the NWO seeks to achieve its one world govt and new world order.
Since time manipulation and a supercomputer are a part of the conspiratorial discussion, it is this discussion that strongly suggests, that while CERN officials state they will be conducting tests, I contend that because of advance knowledge of the future, they are not conducting tests, but are in fact conducting full fledged covert operations, under the guise and cover of conducting testing.
This would also infer that while we are told they are still looking for the God Particle, but it is my strong suspicion based on this time travel technology, that allows me to seriously consider, that they have already found the God Particle, and are in the process of doing something at CERN regarding the God Particle, while hiding behind the public cover story of conducting tests for the God Particle.
This upcoming time manipulation, is timed to the total solar eclipse of March 20 and as such, we have to consider other conspiratorial matters while keeping the fact, that CERN is not conducting tests, but actual operations, with known outcomes that will be achieved in the process of their efforts and actions.
While the true purpose of what CERN is meant to achieve is not yet fully understood, but understanding that CERN is actually conducting full fledged operations instead of actual testing, is what needs to be fully understood, as it relates to the overall NWO agenda, to achieve a time line, that allows them to achieve their one world govt and new world order.

The LHC will restart in March 13-15 and is generating fears in doomsday circles, with many believing that experiments which create conditions similar to those that existed at the time of the
Big Bang could wipe out the Earth and even the entire universe.
Among concerns being expressed are that high energy collisions could generate microscopic black holes or other exotic particles called strangelets that could cause catastrophic destruction of
our world.
While scientists argue that Einstein’s relativity theory rules out the possibility that black holes could be produced in the LHC, they admit that there are other “speculative” theories which predict that black holes could be generated. Thus, while it is “unlikely,” scientists are unable to rule out the possibility that black holes will be generated at the LHC.
But scientists assure that even if a microscopic black hole is generated at the LHC, it would disintegrate immediately before it has time to begin sucking up matter around it.
Linked to the fear that the LHC could generate a black hole is the fear that because the universe exists in an unstable state, collisions at the LHC could generate perturbations that cause the
physical environment to move into a stable state called a “vacuum bubble” that could destroy the entire universe.
The famous physicist Stephen Hawking helped to raise fears among doomsday theorists when he talked about the risk of the “vacuum bubble” last year. He said that discovery of the Higgs boson could cause space and time to collapse catastrophically through a “vacuum decay.”
But while doomsday theorists gave attention to the alarming first part of his statement, they ignored the second part in which he said that current CERN particle accelerators are not powerful enough to generate high energy states that can destroy the universe.
