oh and its good you stopped smoking its hard, really hard i know :)
Focus on the breath in dealing with your situation, in breathing in and out, the rythym, the flow of it, its nature, feel it, see what comes up, there is far more to the sacred breath than most realise, the simplest things contain the most wonder :)
