" I have been in a bit of a limbo since the beginning of this year and I am still a bit uncertain of what to do. "

being in a sense of limbo could be that your being pushed to move act on something but are unwilling as it requires change of pattern/vibration that you have become accustomed too maybe

at a deep level you know exactly what you need to do, you know it all. On the surface level the mind is quite happy where it is, comfortable, the heart is always pulling you to be true and your authentic self but will not force you but eventually situations cant be avoided,

put your hand on your heart and ask what is it that needs looking at in your current situation,

we are always in flux and growing, dont stand in the way of what your highest potential is/calling, flow with it :)

Thanks. I will think on that.

I would like to remove the stinger from my heart that was placed there New Years Day. How to do it, I'm still trying to figure.

hmm

What if the same house kept getting hit up everyday? Would they have to continue to purchase food for other people? Seems financially stressful if such hospitality was abused.

Once a year?

Do you think the custom of privacy, fences, and locked doors, may cause undue paranoia?
 Quoting: Seer777

It makes those with something to hide more comfortable and those with nothing to hide feel as if they do.

That's the closest I can translate the saying I'm thinking of.

That custom is designed to combat that and force a sense of trust and familiarity with those of your kind. Everyone's blood, so everyone's family.

have you identified what it is and where it comes from, i could maybe ask for distant healing to be sent to you, it might be something you need to feel\experience or understand\remove\let go of kinda thing, ill check later :)

it might be best to look up a healer in your local area, one that feels good to you but you could learn healing yourself, everyone can, its just energy flow, it will also improve your awareness of your energy etc of which you are very aware already

Up and down as per usual Seer, but steady rolling with it.
Sounds like you've been enjoying the unexpected?
To be sure, that's better than the uninvited.
Unless we're going to talk about an in person live performance of the Alanis song.
Personally, I like that song so I would welcome her uninvited to do so. Makes sense.

I also like her song Thank You and I like home made pizza.
Does it really rain a lot where you live?
 Quoting: Tzar Om 56524291

I see.

It was an enjoyable evening and they are still here enjoying this Summer-like day. Hard to believe how beautiful and warm it is right now and it is nice to share in it with others.

I love that song. It rains a lot here, but it has been a bit of a dry Winter. Really mild compared to last Winter that was one of the worst I have seen.

Are you around GLP much? I seem to recall it has been almost a year since we last spoke...
 Quoting: Seer777

I like that you always unscramble my user name. Almost a year? That's too long! But it only seems like a moment ago. Perhaps that was around your BD last year? I am around GLP often. I browse and read mostly and don't comment much. I have however, posted on a few of your threads in these past few months. I didn't title my user name on those instances though. Probably because I was just contributing and not implying anything directly to you that urged any sort of response.

You have an open invitation from me. I always admire you and you writing. Your thoughts and mindful rides feed me with an energy no pizza you could make can compare. But that's not really fair, I've yet to try your pizza. Which song do you love? Uninvited or Thank you? Both? How about the Steve Winwood tune, "Roll with It"

Okay okay... Mars and Blue Skies is the topic? Well, one could say the color blue is another shade of gray. Not sure if that helps for cloudy days on earth but we can start here. Then move around, see what's out there. Then we could...

Is this Paler?

It is heartache from the sudden and unexpected loss of a good friend. All I know which helps with heartache, is time and giving your heart to others who accept it. I do not desire to become bitter or harden my heart due to the pain of loss and/or betrayal but is harder to remain open and the sting continues.

I look forward to speaking with you again.

Sleep well.

I have always enjoyed our talks and I appreciate when I know who I am talking too. I will occasionally get spooked when I am talking to an AC here and feel familiarity I can't place.

Which posts were yours? I am curious.

Thank you. I enjoy the mind ride and it is often far more fun with others than alone. I'm about to crack a beer on this beautiful day. Some of the company is getting ready to leave so it will be quieter around here soon.

:) Nice to talk with you again my friend.

I can personally testify to your abilities as a healer Paler.

You offered to heal me when I was in near constant pain and weighed 107lbs.

Some weeks later, I was no longer in pain and now I am a much healthier weight.

Even have a bit of chub now. But I'm blaming that on quitting smoking. Almost a month under my belt at this point.

Community pressure. Ppl skills. Expectations. Comedy.

If a problem arises the community either learns a new way to handle it or finds a new person with the gift of peace to solve the problem.

Or old customs and peace mAkers are leaned on and reinforced.

Nothing is so serious doors must be locked or the custom broken. It will be handled. Maybe even badly. But in that there is a lesson too.

At worst, you both share common ground to receive a friendship.

At best, all parties are equal for not understanding that friendships are not built, because friendship is something that is offered to someone.

Hmmm.

I like the idea of the Sun spitting out planets. Makes sense of some stuff.

Totally impossible?

Seer, have you read the truth contest? With your science degree and interest in divinity, it's a clever read and somewhat buddha-listic in thinking. The Present (with religion) is and vivid understanding of some real truth found in that third eye. You can download a pdf file just search 'truth contest'

For me, it ignited something I've always known but had dimmed from not paying attention. And that is that everything comes from nothing, that space between is... well, 'where it's at'. The now. And now, we've got two threadtables and a microphone! :-)>

I was referencing the bold. The 'Big Bang' recalls a bit of Everything from Nothing. Not 'nothing' but something very small into something unfathomably large...Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

In The Neverending Story, the Nothing is something. A destructive force that erases what it touches. Fantasia.

With the 'box' I think of Metatron's Cube. Not sure what you mean by 'joined'?

It makes those with something to hide more comfortable and those with nothing to hide feel as if they do.

That's the closest I can translate the saying I'm thinking of.

That custom is designed to combat that and force a sense of trust and familiarity with those of your kind. Everyone's blood, so everyone's family.

How can everything come from nothing unless nothing is something?
 Quoting: Seer777

That's a good question Seer. I felt it was a rhetorical one.
I copied this from the truth contest read.
(link above)

The nature of nothing: If you take away everything that is physical
(matter/energy), you’re left with nothing (no thing). Nothing is completely
empty space, absolute cold, silence and darkness. “Nothing” is infinite,
eternal and indestructible. It does not move. It does not have to; it is
already everywhere. The universe is more than 99.999% empty space,
including our own bodies.

All physical things are made of atoms which are mostly empty space.
If the nucleus was the size of a marble, the electrons would be
specks of dust a half mile away. Every physical thing has that much
empty space in it.

If you removed all the empty space from human bodies leaving only
electrons and the other subatomic particles, all seven billion human bodies
would fit in the space of a sugar cube.

True perspective: The way our solar system is shown in books does not
give you a true perspective of it. It shows the sun and the other planets
orbiting it in rings that are not to scale. They could not get it in a book if it
was to scale. The actual scale is more like this; if the sun was the size of a
basketball, the earth would be about the size of a grain of sand, and it
would be 87 feet away from the sun. Pluto, the outer most planet in our
system, would be a grain of sand over a half mile away. The next star
outside our solar system would be thousands of miles away.

It takes light that travels about one hundred and eighty-six thousand miles
a second about 8 and a half minutes to go from the sun to our planet. It will
go around the earth seven times in one second, but it takes four years to
get to the next star outside our solar system, and 2.5 million years to get to
the next galaxy.

What is faster, the speed of light or the speed of dark? Turn off the light
and try to get into bed before it gets dark. I am just kidding, but I am trying
to make a point. You cannot turn off “nothing” or do anything to it. It always
stays the same, is always everywhere all the time. If God is everywhere,
infinite, omnipresent, and eternal as the Bible states and the evidence
dictates, God has to be like nothing.
Nothing is really something.

The two two turn tables and a microphone bit and 'where it's at' comes from the Beck song...'Where's it's at'
I just changed it to two thread tables when you mentioned two of your threads have a similar feel about them.
You know, as in we are all here to talk, and share the podium and microphone. In case of any confusion
about what I posted, I thought I'd explain that. That song just came to me and it felt related while in conversation.
