don't spring your gayness on people you love.

have someone else gently tell them when you aren't around. or send them a video to watch or something.

let them get used to the idea.

THEN talk to them in person.

IMO a surprise in-person coming-out... is just a drama cake ready to explode.

why would you WANT it to be a scene if it doesn't have to be?
