If you can properly know full acceptance, it will break any bonds or layers that will not go. Don't think about full acceptance or verbalize it. Know it. If you do this properly all the bonds will lift. Be aware of the static feelings that are always in the body, but since they are always there we don't notice them. A good place to "notice" is the chronic gross sensation or feeling of the throat, jaw, cheeks, etc. These are like the top of the root that helps to pull first. Know full acceptance and be aware and they will all eventually rise. Properly knowing full acceptance when you see a flicker in the eye or mental image. Fully accept it knowingly without craving it to go or being averse to its existence. Good luck and have a nice day. Nobody can force anyone to come. |

It only take a little bit of practice to distinguish between knowing and thinking full acceptance. Once one learns the difference, it changes everything. Nobody can force anyone to come. |
