I understand the feeling all too well, man. I can tell you this; for me, the speed at which this bs started to change in any small positive way at all was and still is completely dependent on how I deal with the situations (real, non-real, controlled, etc), obstacles, and positive / negative opportunities put in my path. The biggest advice I could ever give anyone experiencing any of this is to get rid of any and all fear in your life. Any negative emotional baggage that you're willing and ready to drop for good, be rid of it. Letting go of certain things that I believed were so important to me from my past has been key in surviving this insanity. And, despite the circumstances, I'm a much, much stronger person now. Don't ever give in, and don't ever give up.
