This is just another attempt to dehumanize us. Kids are SOooo
vulnerable. Throw a couple of these fruits into society, youtube the shit out of them and voila! kids emulate them.

It's the same as naming your kid Apple or Northwest, or all of the plastic surgery that makes you look like a doll or an avatar. The first few (hundred) are manufactured by TPTB and then it suddenly becomes the thing to do.
