I sometimes listen to 28Hz to assist in falling asleep. It has helped.

Headphones only.

Also, no dreams. But I do notice better/deeper sleep.

I was skeptical so I tried it on my dog first. Was hard to get him to sit still but WOW! Now he sits quietly and stares at me while I'm on the computer instead of running around the house 24/7 and apparently he now will paw at me when he's ready to go outside!

At night I listen to Kelly Howell and Brain Sync using ear buds.

You can choose from Alpha, Beta, Delta and Theta wave selections and combinations therof.

She uses a lot of subliminal messages from ear to ear during the selection but explicitly list what the messages are.

Some of the tracks are designed for meditation, some for walking, running, losing weight, quitting smoking, deeper sleep, creating success, creating insight, awakening Kudalini, faith, healing, relaxation, etc.

They are pretty awesome. Using the Deep Sleep track, you can get 8 hours worth of sleep in about 5 hours. Amazing stuff!

I did them for about a month last year. It took a couple weeks for them to "work" but I started to have very vivid dreams. The most vivid I've ever had.

Here's one

My mother, two brothers and me were inside some post apocalyptic bunker getting some supplies. Now I have really have 2 sisters and 1 brother in real life, so that was weird. we leave the bunker n start walking through a gate. we get through the gate and the smallest brother says "omg look dads dead!!" I look over and see a car with a man wearing a red shirt laying between the hood and the engine. at that moment I think to myself "this must be a dream cause my dads alive" and then all of a sudden a loud noise kinda sounded like if you hit gong. everything went black I was sucked into the air and I saw 4 horses running towards me.

That was scariest dream I've ever had.
