That's quite the backwoods county to get hacked. Likely some petulant kid. Unless there's an ISIS camp in the area.

If they hack into one site using the software, they now know a) that vulnerability is exploitable and b) what software they can expect on the other side. Larger counties will have better hardware security and more monitoring, so it would be difficult to test the "hack". I hope you work in this area, if not, you are wasting your talent. My question is if they start hacking people like us, what do they intend to do with our information?
