Let's all band together and file a class action lawsuit against the Japanese Government and TEPCO and see what happens!

I would be willing to bet that not one mainstream media outlet would say a thing about it....

In a legal Sense it is very difficult to do so "but" Tepco is also a Company
with a Office in the US but i also doubt that a Lawyer is "strange/ crazy" enough to participate in such a Law-Suit.

Be prepared for a really huge Amount of Money to pay in Advance!

Here in Japan we have still some Groups who try via a Class-Action Lawsuit to look for a Responsibility:

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- A group of citizens including some from Fukushima Prefecture on Tuesday filed a second criminal complaint against a former nuclear safety official and eight others, arguing they failed to take necessary preventive measures in the Fukushima nuclear crisis.

In the written complaint filed with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the group said the nine were responsible for a number of citizens' exposure to radiation in the Fukushima crisis by neglecting to take countermeasures for possible severe accidents.

I need to mention that Tepco paid already Billions of ¥ to Japanese Citizens because of this Accident.
