I've said this several times since this oil crisis started and have been ignored.
THIS is the primary goal of the low oil prices, Venezuela and Russia both have government run centralized oil industries upon which those governments pretty much solely rely on to fund said governments.
They are also two of the last holdouts to the Rothchild banking cabal, their central banks are independent of Rothchild control.
When the smoke clears both countries are going to have to go to the IMF with hats in hand and GOTCHA, they will then be in debt to the Rothchilds just like everyone else on the planet.
