Alot of talk on here that it's some type of sleeper activation code.

Strange thing is that it started popping up a few days ago, and now we have this CNN headline.

Also some dude posted on here, claiming to have posted a couple years ago. He said he'd come back and post right before SHTF, his post would signal to 'the correct people' a certain message. He did not share what this message was, but he did post 11133.

He could be total BS but who knows...
