The world is awash in guns. There are so many guns that end up in the hands of those who would use them that were manufactured and sold legally. Then there are those who sell illegal guns to anyone seeking them. A drug dealer might not offer you guns but if you asked for one they could easily get something you might like with or without serial numbers. There is lots of corruption in 3rd world countries that sell military weapons to terrorist groups.

Now it is possible to print a gun. How long before lots of these show up? You might still have to buy bullets but supplying bullets doesn't seem to be a problem anywhere.
