Loose weight, exercise, more fruits and veggies. Quite simple really.

Grind up some flax seeds, take some cottage cheese, mix it and then eat it. Do this over the span of 3 weeks (once per day). It will have the doctors baffled because it will not cure it but lessen all the diabetic issues that come from having diabetes.

I agree. America is on a no-carb mindset, substituting carbs with lots of fat, protein and dairy. That is why America has the absolute lowest rate for obesity, diabetes, and heart disease amongst all nations.

You can bring it down a few points with tricks and gimics..

For real results the cut pasta, bread, rice and walk is the closest to a cure I have seen.

But you have to keep it up.

Don't listen to the bullshit veganism, eat exercise. That won't get you anywhere. IODINE. But some kelp or Lugols solution and start taking it daily. Our bodies in the US are infected by toxins and metals, We have iodine receptors throughout that are taking over by these medals. Japanese take in about 12-13 Millograms a day, the FDA in the US recommends 150 micrograms a day. Yea.....everyone is deficient. Once you start taking this at higher doses your body heals.
