It's quite often abused so you will likely need to be trusted by you doctor.

I'm on the stuff right now by request because I have one hell of a bad sinus infection. It took a lot of effort to get them to write me a script for it but it's absolutely worth it.

Went from being bed ridden and unable to speak to being able to have a conversation and get around normally. It's great stuff.
