Heartfelt condolences to you OP from Australia.
So sad to hear about your loss.
As a Buddhist I believe, she must be in a much better place than anyone of us.
May be help people in need in her memory so she will not come across anything like this(sudden dimese) in her next life.(Sorry, as a Buddhist we believe in after life or reincarnation).
This year has been a nightmare for lots of people on earth.

Sorry for the loss you suffered. There now is a word..........Suffered !

You never really get over the loss I think. Having lost a Son and a Wife I suppose I'm not really afraid of death. Belief in an afterlife helps I feel as I was visited by a Sister who passed recently.

You are strong, you have to be.

Sorry, OP. You and your family have our condolences, and are in our most positive, healing thoughts.

It is a fucking horrid cross to bare, nothing else compares, my heart breaks for you as it floods me with the memory of the loss of my oldest son.

Losing a child thrust me into multiple years of shock, self destruction., seething anger, self hatred, angry at God, divorce, angry at the Church, pissed of motherfucker who was unaware of his own behavior until I went into therapy.

Therepy barely scratched the dysfunction only giving me a toe hold of reality. I slowly crawled out of the pain.


The pain is still inside, in the background, sort of a spiritual limp kin to Jacobs injury when he wrestled with the angel of the Lord, causing people to step away from me when they see the ugly scar deep in my soul.


The memory of the death of so many other loved ones does not equate with the loss of a child in any form.

I have lost many loved ones, friends over this lifetime, although painful, it is a second cousin of the trauma caused by the loss of your child.

I grieve with you comrad.

My prayers go out to you.....I have been threw a similar tragity......it isn't easy my friends

In your heart-brokenness, lean on others and let them bear some of your grief, then let carry some of your burdens for they are sent to you by God Himself. From my entire family and me, you and yours will be in our thoughts and prayers.

May God Bless you and surround you with comfort, love and support and sustain you during your heartbreak. I am so sorry . This is the worst. I promise you, as small comfort as it is, that LOVE NEVER dies. Ever. And one day your heart will be restored by this awareness. Be very tender with yourself right now. Try to eat, rest, cry . It will help you and your body and energy system to process the immense grief.
