Re: House Bill 98 Introduced - Don't Mess With Texas!
Rep. Dan Flynn filed the bill on 11/10/2014. The Texas legislative session starts Jan 13, 2015.

If you live in Texas and want to keep Washington's Unconstitutional crap out of our state, call your local representative and tell them to support Dan Flynn and HB 98.

Texas State Bill Will Nullify All Federal Unconstitutional Acts
Texas lawmaker Dan Flynn has introduced legislation that would invalidate within the sovereign borders of his state every act of the federal government that exceeds its constitutionally derived authority.

State Representative Dan Flynn’s bill — House Bill 98 — denies to the federal government:

the power to take any legislative, executive, or judicial action that violates the constitution, specifically including those actions that unconstitutionally undermine, diminish, or disregard the balance of powers between the states and the federal government established by the constitution.

Flynn goes on to cite chapter and verse of the Constitution and the principles of federalism in defense of his position that the state of Texas retains the power to refuse to carry out federal mandates that are not specifically authorized in the Constitution’s enumeration of federal powers.

The Northeast yankee liberals are so fucking clueless they wouldn't even notice. As long as they can repeat the communist slogans that they've been taught since birth, they feel morally and intellectually superior. Devoid of any critical thinking skills, but quite confident in their ignorance and sheep like behavior.

First off if you really want change in this country to a better system then it's gonna take a full on revolt/revolution by the people..The people are gonna need Texas that can grow their own food and have more guns than blades of grass. Yes politician's and judges and Lawyers are crooked..This is all of Em and not specific too this state..Texas is a great place to live if you aren't a criminal and can handle your own dang bidness. This piece of paper doesn't do much on its own but if coupled with other similar pieces of paper from several other states that are following suit it sets the tone that needs to be set...we are going to stick with the constitution the way it was intended and not the liberal version.

One more thing we do need is our own bank, like North Dakota's very successful bank. It is not controlled by the Fed; makes farm , business, property & student loans to residents. Anyone can open an account (people from other states) but you have to appear in person to open it.
This bank saved a lot of people in that state from economic peril during the 2008+ recession.

Texas is awesome.

I lived on a sailboat along the coast for a while.

My plan is to return to doing just that in preparation for a circumnavigation.

I can think of no better place to live in the U.S. than the Great State of Texas.

Ladies still act like ladies (everywhere but liberal Austin.....)

Men still act like men.

Naggers are still uppity, but know their place.

The Hispanics I personally knew or encountered were fine people.

I've bounced around as an army brat from state to state and seen even more of this country and some others when I served. I grew roots here for a reason. There's nowhere else I'd rather be..everybody has favorites this one is mine. You can judge people by their state all you want..not trying to change the mind of a donkey. The people here might seem simple to you but by God sometimes simple is the best thing you can be.

Bills like this come up before every selection. They are never passed. Texas sucks Washington's cock, and takes it balls deep up the ass. In fact, Texas is the very worst State for ignoring Constitutional rights. For instance we have people put in jail on bullshit charges that don't get trials for 3 to 8 years, with bail so high they can't bail out. It's clearly unconstitutional. And they have a specific statute that prevents you from suing. And you can bet they take advantage of unconstitutional federal laws when it benefits them, like for instance the USSC's 1976 ruling that prosecutors cannot be held liable for criminal acts they commit while doing their jobs. They go along with that one.

Texas weighs allowing open carry of handguns

AUSTIN, Texas — Long depicted as the rootin'-tootin' capital of American gun culture, Texas is one of the few states with an outright ban on the open carry of handguns.

That could change in 2015, with the Republican-dominated Legislature and Gov.-elect Greg Abbott expected to push for expanded gun rights.

"If open carry is good enough for Massachusetts, it's good enough for the state of Texas," Abbott said the day after his election last month.

And if Texas, which allows concealed handguns, embraces open carry — rolling back a 140-year ban — it would be the largest state to have done so.

“A young Texan grew up wanting to be a lawman. He grew up big, 6′ 2″ strong as a longhorn, and fast as a mustang. He could shoot a bottle cap tossed in the air at 40 paces.

When he finally came of age, he applied to where he had only dreamed of working: the West Texas Sheriff’s Department.

After a series of tests and interviews, the Chief Deputy finally called him into his office for the young man’s last interview.

The Chief Deputy said, “You’re a big strong kid and you can really shoot. So far your qualifications all look good, but we have, what you might call, an “Attitude Suitability Test” that you must take before you can be accepted. We just don’t let anyone carry our badge, son.”

Then, sliding a service pistol and a box of ammo across the desk, the Chief said, “Take this pistol and go out and shoot: six illegal aliens, six lawyers, six meth dealers, six Muslim extremists, six Democrats, and a rabbit.”

“Why the rabbit?” queried the applicant.

“You pass,” said the Chief Deputy. “When can you start?”

POOR Mr. Flynn ! DOESN'T even know that the Constitution was put aside in 1871 ! SAD, or doesn't he want the people to know that ???

We ARE under the control of the CORPORATION called The United States of America, that resides in the 10 square mile of Washington, D.C. , AND that it cooperates with all other corporations, federal, state and local, operating under the old Admiralty Laws of England, AND, that all English lands in 1213 were turned over to Pope Innocent III, for an indulgence of this French/Catholic's sins, INCLUDING ANY to be discovered in the future and settled by England ( i.e. The united states of America, as it IS written in the Constitution, showing the CAPITALIZED version IS the 'new corporation' of which we are a part ! ).

But, what can you expect from a lying, parasitic politician ??

Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Saskatchewan, and Alberta should separate from there unconstitutional unfulfilling federal governments. Then join to form there own country. They could push every liberal and democratic dick licker out into the other pussy states and provinces. The new country would have a rich economy and the best people this world could offer. How's that for extremist haha.
