Most military-engineered bunkers in the US are earthquake-proof and nuclear explosion-proof, very little risks of cave-in.

Point I'm trying to say is just to keep an eye on those sudden or last minute movements by the elite/wealthy folks. It's not about the money, it's their lives who have the money and the "in-the-know" thing to put themselves in safety.

Trapped in those bunkers they will be unable to rise dimensionaly they will re-emerge as throwbacks or unenlightened apes to those that survive the the shift.IMO

It might be a good idea to watch for unusual traffic in private airplanes flying overhead and noting the date and direction they fly.

why do you think the underground NORAD base was recently closed, NORAD moved above ground to another base.

the explanation wasn't very credible -- it was claimed that NORAD was moved out becuase it was no longer felt there was a risk of a massive nuclear first strike against us

even assuming this rationale were the real reason, it still isn't a sensible reason to move NORAD above ground ... the capabilties the old base provided OTHER than survivability would still be required, and i don't see how the move cuts costs

on the other hand, at some future time we may again be threatened by a massive nuclear or other attack -- so we have to move it back underground again? doesn't it make sense to maintain survivability against such an attack at all times as a deterrent?

so unfortunately there is a good chance the reason for moving NORAD out of the underground facilities is likely bogus, preparations are being made to allow a large group of people to survive some large catastrophe
