Killing 27 people is beyond horrible. But if it actually happened (it didn't) it could be described as psychotic episode of an unhinged person.

What these people are doing is infinitely more evil, if that's possible. It is insidious and manipulative, and their work will have a wider ripple effect than that of any deranged, lone gunman.
