looks too clean to be a rape van. rape vans are usually scuffed up, maybe a few dents, a dark color and a hubcap or two missing. i guess from the fights the women (or men?) put up as the rapist snatches them and then they lose a hubcap trying to get away quickly. i say its a government surveillance van.
